As per EU Regulation 2016/679 (from now on “GDPR” or “Regulation”), below the modalities for the personal data handling of those consulting the web site: www.sifraest.com

Following the above site’s consultation, data handling of identified or identifiable natural person are possible.


DATA HANDLING HOLDER

INFO ON THE TYPES OF DATA HANDLED

Web data

During normal use software procedures that run the web page may acquire personal data whose transmission is implicit in internet communication protocols.

n this category we can include IP addresses or domains, URI/URL addresses, hour of the access, the way the access was requested to the server, file dimensions, numeric code of the server’s answer (ok or error) and so on.

Purpose and judicial base of the handling (Art. 13, paragraph 1, lett. c)

These data are used to check on the site’s correct working and to get statistic info (visited pages, number of visitors, time a.s.o.). These data could also be used to determine possible responsibilities in case of cybercrimes.

Area of communication (Art. 13, paragraph 1, lett. e, f)

Only authorized people and subjects that, by handling data on behalf of the Holder, are considered liable will have the possibility to access the data. Such parties are subject to non-disclosure and confidentiality based on specific internal regulations.

Data storage period (Art. 13, paragraph 2, lett. a)

Data, except from cases of crime investigation, are normally stored for 7 days.

Data transfer (Art. 13, paragraph 2, lett. f)

Data are not transferred by the concerned person but sourced by the IT system.

Sending voluntary emails to the Holder’s email account as well as filling and sending the form on the web page, imply the acquisition of the sender’s data needed to answer as well as all of the other personal data attached to communications.

Data will be stored as long as needed to reply. This period includes all supplementary activities following the contact. If needed new info on possible additional data storage will be released. However every 3 years data no longer used/needed will be cancelled.

Data transfer (Art. 13, paragraph 2, lett. f)

The lack of mandatory data transfer will determine the impossibility to send out the message.

CONCERNED PARTIES’ RIGHTS

The Holder informs that the concerned persons the right to ask for:

  • The access to information and personal data (GDPR art. 15)

  • The correction or cancellation of the same (GDPR artt. 16 e 17)

  • The limitation of personal data handling (GDPR art. 18)

The concerned parties can:

  • Make opposition, within the limits given by GDPR art. 21, to personal data handling

  • Exercise the right to data portability (GDPR art. 20)

As far as handling operations based on consent (GDPR art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a, and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), it is just the case to remind that the concerned party has the right to withdraw the consent at any time (without prejudice to the legality of the handling based on the consent given before the withdrawal).

Finally, it is just the case to remind that the concerned party, in case thinks the laws of the Regulation have been violated, has the right to appeal to the Control Authority (Grantor for personal data protection) in conformity with GDPR art. 77 and subsequent articles.
